Using The Site

All prices shown include VAT at 17.5%.

Postage and packaging prices are calculated for delivery in the mainland UK only.

Please contact us for carriage prices other than in the mainland UK.

Please allow 7-14 days for delivery.

All deliveries are insured.

All orders must be made through the website, we cannot take orders over the phone.
 

Guarantee


We guarantee that all goods will been sent in good working order. Every item is hand checked for quality and usability before dispatch. Appropriate and secure packaging is always used.
 

Disclaimer


Although we endeavour to keep our site up to date, products and packaging may differ from time to time.

Some items may be pictured in groups, but all items are sold singly unless otherwise stated in the descriptions.
 

Out of Stock Items and Back Orders
 

If an item is out of stock when we receive your order, we will notify you via e-mail giving you  an estimated restock time with three options:

1. Send you the items that we have in stock and put the 'out of stock'  items on backorder
2
. Send you the items that we have in stock and refund you for the 'out of stock' items
3. Refund you for the whole order.

If we do not receive a reply to the e-mail within 48 hours then option 1 will automatically be processed.

When an item is placed on back order we will notify you when it comes back into stock and then send it out to you. No additional delivery charges are charged on part backorders.

All dates or times that are given are estimated and we cannot guarantee their reliability, but will endeavour to keep you notified of changes that will effect your decision to purchase
 

Items Damaged When Received


You must notify us by any means, within 7 days of receiving your order.  Stating what is damaged, how it is damaged, and the state of the parcel when it arrived. Please retain all the items and packaging.

Depending on the nature of the goods and your preferences, we will either request for the items to be returned, replace the goods or send you a refund. Any return postal expenses will be refunded.
 

Returning Unsuitable Items


You must notify us by any means, within 7 days of receiving your order. Stating what you wish to return, why the item is unsuitable, and whether you would like an exchange or refund. Do not return items before contacting us first as they are likely to be lost.

Providing the item and packaging is unopened and undamaged we will be happy to give you an exchange or refund.

We will then contact you requesting the item be safely packed for posting and returned. This must be done within 7 days of contact from us. Once we have received the item and all is ok we will send you replacement or refund within 7 - 10 days.

Purchaser pays for return 1st class post unless otherwise agreed.
 

Faulty Items


Please notify us as soon as possible by any means. Stating what is faulty and how it is faulty and when the item was purchased. Don't forget to include your name and address and other relevant contact information.

We will then contact you with our decision on what we are willing to do about the item. Refunds or replacements are determined by an item's life expectancy, purpose and value. Each case is assessed on its own circumstances.

Your address: For delivery and invoicing purposes

Your email address: For contact during the order process and sending updates only if you have given us your consent.

Credit / Debit numbers: For collecting payment during the order process.

Your Items Purchased: For stock control.

All the data we hold will be accurate and up to date.

We will never collect sensitive data about you without your explicit consent.

We will never sell, lease or otherwise trade in personal information collected at our web site to outside parties.

We have set up and implement managerial procedures to safeguard and secure your data.
